Pellamtho Panenti is a 2003 Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film directed by S. V. Krishna Reddy. The film stars Venu Thottempudi, Laya, and Kalyani in lead roles. The story follows Madhu, a beauty parlor owner who rejects love and marriage, until two women challenge his beliefs. One of the women, Kalyani, reveals she has a bullet lodged in her head and faces imminent death. The film blends romance with a life-or-death medical crisis. Critics noted the screenplay was dull and the comedy fell flat compared to the director's earlier work. The music was composed by the director himself. The film was released in theaters in 2003.
