Osey Ramulamma(1997)
Osey Ramulamma is a 1997 Indian Telugu-language action drama film written and directed by Dasari Narayana Rao. The film stars Vijayashanti as the title character, with Dasari Narayana Rao and Rami Reddy in supporting roles. Krishna appears in a cameo as CBI officer Krishna Mohan. The story follows a Dalit woman who is raped by a feudal landlord and later becomes a Naxalite leader to fight against caste oppression. Set in a Telangana village, the film explores themes of rebellion, corruption, and female empowerment. It premiered at the 1998 International Film Festival of India in the mainstream section. The film won Nandi Awards and Filmfare Awards for Best Actress and Best Music Director.

Storyline
