Ramakrishnan, better known by his stage name Ramki, is an Indian film actor best known for his work in Tamil films as a lead actor from 1987 to 1997. Ramki had an clandestine affair with leading actress Nirosha for several years. Responding to a report about their alleged secret marriage, published in a local daily, Ramki maintained that there is no truth in that story. However, they got secretly married in 1995. But revealed that their marriage is definitely on the cards and approved their marriage after 3 years to the media and their family members. The couple don't have any children. Now after a hiatus, he has made a comeback to Tamil Cinema with the films Maasani and Biriyani.
