Storyline
An honest police officer arrests a crime lord, but the criminal escapes. With his pilot brother's help, the officer later kills the lord. It is then revealed the dead man had an identical twin, who frames the officer for corruption, leading to his suicide. The surviving brother must then stop the twin's vengeful plot to bomb the country.
