Ya Ya is a 2013 Indian Tamil-language comedy film written and directed by debutant I. Rajasekaran. The film stars Shiva, Santhanam, Dhansika, and Sandhya in lead roles. The story follows two lazy friends, Dhoni and Sehwag, who get entangled in a love triangle involving a beautiful girl and a powerful councillor. The film features a cameo by Powerstar Srinivasan as Beerpal. It received mixed reviews from critics but was a decent success at the box office. The soundtrack was composed by Vijay Ebenezer. The film was distributed by Sree Lakshmi Productions across India.

Storyline
A lazy young man named Dhoni falls in love with Seetha at first sight. But a powerful, ugly councillor named Aishwarya wants to marry him. His best friend Sehwag betrays him for money. Dhoni must win back Seetha's trust and escape Aishwarya's clutches.
