Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara! is a 2013 Indian Hindi-language gangster film directed by Milan Luthria and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan, and Sonakshi Sinha, with Sonali Bendre in a special appearance. It is a sequel to the 2010 film Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai. The story follows Shoaib Khan, a powerful don who rules the Mumbai underworld in the 1980s. He becomes obsessed with a rising actress named Jasmine, leading to a conflict with his loyal protégé Aslam. The film is notable for being the first major Indian production shot in Oman. It received mixed to negative reviews from critics and was a box office failure, grossing ₹91.7 crore against a budget of ₹85 crore. The film was released worldwide on 15 August 2013, on the eve of India's Independence Day.

Storyline
In 1980s Mumbai, don Shoaib Khan rules the underworld with charm and violence. He falls obsessively in love with a young actress named Jasmine. When she rejects him, he becomes dangerous. His loyal protégé Aslam is caught between his duty to Shoaib and his growing love for Jasmine. The two men are forced into a deadly confrontation.
