Zindagi Tere Naam is a 2012 Indian Hindi-language romance film directed by Ashu Trikha. It stars Mithun Chakraborty, Ranjeeta Kaur, Aseem Ali Khan, and Priyanka Mehta. The story follows Siddharth, a poor young man who falls in love with Anjali, a rich girl. Her father separates them by hiding Siddharth's letters. Years later, they reunite and marry. In their old age, Anjali develops Alzheimer's disease and forgets Siddharth. He tells their love story daily to help her remember. The film is an adaptation of Nicholas Sparks' novel 'The Notebook'. Storyline
