Trivia
- The film is a remake of the 2008 Malayalam film 'Marykkundoru Kunjaadu', which was also directed by Priyadarshan.
- Actor Shreyas Talpade, who plays Jhonny, had previously worked with director Priyadarshan in the hit comedy 'Malamaal Weekly'.
- The movie's title is a playful twist on the phrase 'Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal', referencing Priyadarshan's earlier film 'Malamaal Weekly'.
- Despite being a Priyadarshan comedy, the film did not perform well at the box office compared to his earlier hits.
- The character Sam, played by Nana Patekar, brings a serious yet humorous dynamic atypical of many slapstick comedies.
- Parts of the film were shot in Goa, known for its scenic beaches which are a common backdrop in Priyadarshan's movies.
- The soundtrack was composed by Sajid-Wajid, marking one of their few collaborations with director Priyadarshan.
