Jab Tak Hai Jaan is a 2012 Hindi romantic drama film directed by Yash Chopra. It stars Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Anushka Sharma in lead roles. The story follows Samar, a bomb disposal expert in the Indian Army, who is haunted by a past love. Meera, a devout woman, made a deal with God to save Samar's life by sacrificing their relationship. Akira, a documentary filmmaker, discovers their story and tries to reunite them. The film was Yash Chopra's final directorial work and was released posthumously. It earned over ₹235 crore worldwide, becoming one of the highest-grossing Bollywood films of 2012. The film is known for its music by A.R. Rahman and its scenic locations in London and Kashmir.

Storyline
Samar Anand is a bomb disposal expert who has survived 107 blasts. A young filmmaker, Akira Rai, follows him to make a documentary. She discovers his past love for Meera, a woman who made a deal with God to save his life. Now, Samar must confront his past and choose between his pain and his love.
