I Am(2011)
I Am is a 2010 Indian Hindi-language anthology film directed by Onir. The cast includes Juhi Chawla, Rahul Bose, Radhika Apte, Nandita Das, Sanjay Suri, Manisha Koirala, and Arjun Mathur. The film consists of four short stories: 'Omar', 'Afia', 'Abhimanyu', and 'Megha'. Each story deals with a different fear, including gay rights, child abuse, sperm donation, and the plight of Kashmiri Pandits. The film was financed by over 400 donors through social networking sites. It won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Hindi and Best Lyrics in 2012. I Am had its world premiere at the I View Film Festival in New York City and was released in Indian theatres on 29 April 2011.
