Anandaraj is an Indian film actor from Pondicherry who has appeared in over 300 Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi films since 1988, known primarily for his villain and comedic character roles. He gained early prominence playing antagonists alongside stars such as Rajinikanth in Baasha, Vijayakanth in Pulan Visaranai, and Chiranjeevi in Gang Leader, before transitioning to comedy with Mundasupatti (2014) and winning the Vikatan Best Comedian Award for Jackpot (2019). In Maragadha Naanayam (2017) he played the smuggler 'Twinkle' Ramanathan, and in Naanum Rowdydhaan (2015) he appeared alongside Vijay Sethupathi in a role inspired by Kill Dil.
