Senthilnathan Jambulingam is an Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer who works predominantly in Tamil cinema, best known for directing action-masala and commercial entertainers. His directorial debut, Poonthotta Kaavalkaaran (1988), was a blockbuster, and he followed it with films such as Pattikaatu Thambi (1988), Paattali Magan (1990), and Ilavarasan (1992). His films frequently incorporate themes of rural life, family conflict, and revenge, and by 2013 he had directed more than 25 films across Tamil and Kannada cinema. In the 2000s he transitioned to television, directing the Tamil serial Rudra (2009–2010) on Zee Tamizh.
