Seema (born Shanthakumari Nambiar, May 22, 1957) is an Indian actress primarily known for her work in Malayalam cinema, with additional appearances in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi films across a career spanning over 250 films. She gained widespread recognition with the Malayalam film Avalude Ravukal (1978), and her Tamil appearances include Pagalil Oru Iravu (1979, directed by I. V. Sasi) and Enga Ooru Kannagi (1981, directed by K. Balachander). She won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress twice, in 1984 and 1985, demonstrating her sustained critical recognition during the peak of her career. She was married to director I. V. Sasi from 1980 until his death in 2017, and received a lifetime achievement award at the 59th Idea Filmfare Festival in Chennai.
