He is the founder of the production and distribution company E. V. V. Cinema, named after his father, E. V. V. Satyanarayana. Satti Babu's primary contribution lies in his financial acumen and risk-taking ability, which has facilitated the production and wide release of several high-budget films. He is particularly known for his association with blockbuster director S. S. Rajamouli, having presented and distributed landmark films like 'Magadheera' (2009) and 'Eega' (2012).
