Sohum Shah is an Indian actor and producer working in Hindi cinema, best known for his dual role as the creative force behind critically ambitious films through his production banner Recyclewala Films. He produced and acted in Ship of Theseus (2013), which won the National Film Award for Best Film (Golden Lotus) at the 61st National Film Awards, and co-directed Tumbbad (2018), which became the first Indian film to open the Venice Critics' Week at the 75th Venice International Film Festival.
