Talvar(2015)

The film is loosely based on the 2008 Noida double murder case, in which a teenage girl and her family's servant were killed. The narrative presents three conflicting perspectives on the crime: the local police investigation, the first Central Bureau of Investigation probe, and a second CBI inquiry. Each version points to a different perpetrator, leaving the true killer ambiguous. The film was praised for its sharp writing, strong performances, and its use of the Rashomon effect.
