• They first shared screen space in Kanchana 3 (2019) because director Raghava Lawrence specifically wanted two comedians who could handle horror-comedy timing without overacting. Sriman and Yogi Babu were his first call — no auditions, just a phone call each.
• In Darbar (2020), Sriman played the straight man to Yogi Babu's frantic energy. Sriman later told a behind-the-scenes crew that he deliberately slowed his delivery in every scene with Yogi Babu so the audience could catch Yogi's rapid-fire punchlines.
• Their comic track in Varisu (2023) — where they play two bumbling wedding planners — was so well-received that the film's editor, Praveen K. L., later said he kept extending their scenes in the final cut because test audiences laughed hardest at their bits.
• On the sets of Sattendru Maarudhu Vaanilai (2026), Yogi Babu reportedly brought homemade snacks from his mother's kitchen every single day for Sriman. Sriman returned the favour by teaching Yogi Babu how to modulate his voice for emotional scenes — a skill Yogi had never formally trained in.
