• Livingston was already a known comedian when he cast Vindhya as his leading lady in 'En Purushan Kuzhandhai Maadhiri' (2001). He didn't audition her — he picked her after seeing her in a small TV serial role, betting that her natural energy would match his slapstick style.
• In 'Charlie Chaplin' (2002), Livingston wrote most of his own comic lines on set. Vindhya would then re-time her reactions to his improvisations, creating a back-and-forth rhythm that made their scenes feel like a live comedy sketch rather than a rehearsed film.
