• Asin was the one who pushed for Ajay Devgn to play the lead in 'Ready' (2011). The role was originally offered to someone else, but Asin told the producers she'd only do the film if Ajay was cast. They agreed.
• In 'Bol Bachchan' (2012), Ajay deliberately slowed down his comic timing to match Asin's rhythm. He told the director that her natural pauses were funnier than his usual rapid-fire delivery, so they reshot several scenes to let her lead the beat.
