• Harish was a rising star in the South, and Mithun Chakraborty was the established Bollywood action hero. They were paired together for the first time in 'Kranti Kshetra' (1994) because the director wanted a 'pan-India' appeal — Harish brought the Telugu audience, Mithun brought the Hindi mass belt.
• In 'Bhishma' (1996), Mithun played the older, wiser mentor figure while Harish played the hot-headed younger brother.
