• Satyam Rajesh was a last-minute replacement in Mirchi (2013). The original actor backed out, and director Koratala Siva called Rajesh at 2 AM. He reached the set by 6 AM and shot his first scene opposite Sampath Raj that same day.
• In Loukyam (2014), Sampath Raj played the menacing villain while Satyam Rajesh was the comic sidekick. They never shared a single dialogue face-to-face — their only interaction was a chase sequence where Rajesh’s character runs away screaming. The director said that contrast made both performances pop.
