• For Rowdy Fellow (2014), director Krishna Chaitanya paired Rao Ramesh and Satya together for the first time because he wanted two actors who could switch between comedy and menace without blinking. Satya later said he was nervous acting opposite a veteran like Rao Ramesh, but the first day's shoot — a tense confrontation scene — broke the ice instantly.
• In Dohchay (2015), Rao Ramesh played the strict father while Satya played the comic sidekick. The trick they used: Rao Ramesh would deliver his lines dead serious, and Satya would improvise a punchline right after. That rhythm — straight man then joker — became their signature in all three films.
