Jism(2003)
Jism (2003) is a Hindi erotic thriller directed by Amit Saxena and written by Mahesh Bhatt. The film stars Bipasha Basu and John Abraham in his debut role. Set in Pondicherry, the story follows Kabir, an alcoholic lawyer who begins a passionate affair with Sonia, the wife of a wealthy businessman. Their relationship leads to a murder plot driven by greed and desire. The film is inspired by the Hollywood classic Body Heat. Jism was a commercial hit, grossing ₹132.5 million. Bipasha Basu won the Bollywood Movie Award for Best Villain and the IIFA Award for Best Performance in a Negative Role. Shreya Ghoshal won the Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer for the song 'Jaadu Hai Nasha Hai'. The film is known for its bold content and helped establish Bipasha Basu as a sex symbol in Indian cinema. It was released on 17 January 2003.

Storyline
Kabir Lal is a poor alcoholic lawyer in Pondicherry. He meets Sonia Khanna, the beautiful wife of a millionaire. They begin a dangerous affair. Sonia convinces Kabir to murder her husband for the inheritance. Kabir agrees, but soon discovers that Sonia's love is a lie. He must face the consequences of his choices.
