Karz: The Burden of Truth is a 2002 Indian Hindi-language action drama film directed by Harry Baweja. It stars Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, and Shilpa Shetty in lead roles. The story follows Suraj Singh, an orphaned police officer who investigates a politician he suspects is a wanted criminal. His search uncovers a web of secrets linking the criminal to his own abandoned past. The film was produced by Kaushal Godha and features music by Sanjeev–Darshan. It was released on 6 December 2002 and was a box office failure.

Storyline
Suraj Singh is a police officer haunted by his mother's abandonment. He finds a new family in his best friend Raja and Raja's mother Savitri. But when Savitri identifies a powerful politician as a murderer, Suraj's investigation leads him to a shocking truth about his own birth.
