Dil Hi Dil Mein(2000)
'Dil Hi Dil Mein' is a 2000 Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Kathir. It stars Kunal Singh and Sonali Bendre in lead roles, with Anupam Kher and Johny Lever in supporting parts. The story follows Ram Chandra, a poor Tamil boy from Dharavi, who falls in love with a wealthy girl named Roja. Their class differences and family opposition create a tragic separation. The film is a Hindi remake of Kathir's own Tamil film 'Kadhalar Dhinam' (1999). Despite having music by A.R. Rahman, the film was a commercial disaster, earning only ₹90 lakh against a ₹1 crore budget. It was released on 21 April 2000.

Storyline
