Khoobsurat(1999)
Khoobsurat is a 1999 Indian Hindi-language romantic comedy film directed by Sanjay Chhel and produced by Rahul Sughand. The film stars Sanjay Dutt as Sanjay Shastri, a small-time con man, and Urmila Matondkar as Shivani Chaudhary, the daughter of a wealthy family. The story follows Sanju as he pretends to be a long-lost NRI relative to steal from the Chaudhary family, but ends up falling in love with Shivani. The film features an ensemble supporting cast including Om Puri, Farida Jalal, and Paresh Rawal. Khoobsurat was declared a hit at the box office and is remembered for its popular soundtrack, particularly the songs 'Ghoonghat Mein Chand Hoga' and 'Mera Ek Sapna Hai', composed by Jatin-Lalit. Storyline
Sanju, a con man with a good heart, owes ₹50 lakhs to a dangerous smuggler. To pay his debt, he pretends to be a long-lost NRI relative of the wealthy Chaudhary family. He plans to steal their money, but he falls in love with Shivani, the daughter of the house. Now he must choose between his con and his love.
