Angaaray(1998)
Angaaray is a 1998 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film directed by Mahesh Bhatt. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Nagarjuna, Pooja Bhatt, and Sonali Bendre in lead roles. The story follows Inspector Amar Mehra, who goes undercover in Mumbai's underworld to catch the killers of a businessman. He discovers the killer is his childhood friend Raja, leading to a conflict between duty and friendship. The film is inspired by the American film State of Grace. It was dubbed and released in Telugu as Rowdy in 2003. The film features music composed by Anu Malik and Aadesh Shrivastava, with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. It was produced by Madhu Ramesh Behl under the Rose Movies Combines banner.

Storyline
Inspector Amar Mehra goes undercover in Mumbai's crime world. He discovers the killer he is hunting is his childhood friend Raja. Amar must choose between his duty as a cop and his love for his friends. He tries to reform them, but violence and betrayal threaten everyone.
