Storyline
Kalicharan is an honest man who refuses to take bribes, angering a gangster named Bhawani Singh. Framed and sent to prison, he transforms into a vengeful man called Kaalia. After his release, Kaalia kills Bhawani, not knowing the gangster's ruthless brother is now plotting to destroy him and his family.
