Papa Kehte Hain is a 1996 Indian Hindi romance film directed by Mahesh Bhatt. The lead cast includes Jugal Hansraj, Mayuri Kango, Anupam Kher, Tiku Talsania, and Alok Nath. The story follows Sweety, a teenage girl who travels to the Seychelles to find her estranged father. She faces rejection and confusion but eventually reunites with him. The film is known for its popular soundtrack composed by Rajesh Roshan, with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. The album sold over 3 million units, becoming the second highest-selling Hindi film album of 1996. Storyline
