The story follows a poor young man named Suraj who falls in love with Anjali, the daughter of a wealthy and strict Thakur. Thakur opposes their relationship due to his own painful past involving a lost love. A hidden family connection between Suraj and Thakur is later revealed, forcing Thakur to confront his prejudices. The film was a commercial failure but is noted for its soundtrack composed by Anand-Milind with lyrics by Sameer. It was released on 4 February 1994 and has a runtime of 145 minutes.

Storyline
