Storyline

An orphan grows up to become a policeman who takes bribes from the rich to help the poor. He later discovers that the people paying him are trying to corrupt his entire city and harm his friends. He must then confront the true source of the corruption.

A cop takes bribes to fight the very corruption he feeds.
