Sadak(1991)
Sadak is a 1991 Indian Hindi-language romantic action thriller film directed by Mahesh Bhatt. It stars Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt in lead roles. The story follows Ravi, a taxi driver in Bombay who falls in love with Pooja, a woman trapped in a brothel run by the cruel Maharani. The film is an unofficial remake of the 1976 American film Taxi Driver. It was one of the highest-grossing movies of 1991. The soundtrack, composed by Nadeem-Shravan, sold 5 million units and remains popular. Sadashiv Amrapurkar won the Filmfare Award for Best Performance in a Negative Role for his portrayal of Maharani. The film is available on various streaming platforms.

Storyline
