Thoongavanam is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film directed by Rajesh M. Selva. The film stars Kamal Haasan, Prakash Raj, Trisha Krishnan, Kishore, Sampath Raj, and Guru Somasundaram. The story follows NCB officer Diwakar, who steals a bag of cocaine to expose corrupt colleagues. When drug lord Vittal Rao kidnaps his son, Diwakar must enter a dangerous nightclub to save the boy. The entire narrative unfolds over a single night inside the club. The film is a remake of the 2011 French film Sleepless Night. It was simultaneously shot in Telugu as Cheekati Rajyam. The film grossed over ₹50 crore worldwide. It was released on 10 November 2015, coinciding with Diwali.

Storyline
NCB officer Diwakar steals a bag of cocaine to catch corrupt cops. But drug lord Vittal Rao kidnaps his young son. Diwakar must enter Vittal's nightclub alone to trade the cocaine for his son.
