Storyline
A poor farmer named Arjun sees his village suffering without water, electricity, or schools. Corrupt politicians have stolen all the development funds. Arjun decides to become a masked thief, stealing from the rich and giving to his village. But a ruthless police officer and a powerful minister stand in his way.
