Mythili Ennai Kaathali is a 1986 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film written, directed, and scored by T. Rajendar. The cast includes Rajendar, Srividya, and Amala in her feature film debut. The story follows Manickam, a devoted man who experiences one-sided love with a woman named Mythili, while a writer with the same name falls for him after learning of his personal tragedies. The film's music, composed by Rajendar, features the song 'En Aasai Mythiliye', later remixed by Yuvan Shankar Raja for Manmadhan (2004). Rajendar won the Cinema Express Award for Best Music Director – Tamil for this film. It was released on 4 February 1986.

Storyline
