Thiruppam(1984)
Thiruppam is a 1984 Indian Tamil-language action film directed by R. Krishnamoorthy and produced by K. R. Gangadharan. The lead cast includes Sivaji Ganesan, Sujatha, Prabhu, and Jaishankar. The story follows a police officer who hides his connection to a murder to protect the daughter of his former lover. The film is a remake of the 1980 Hindi film Be-Reham. M. S. Viswanathan composed the soundtrack. Critics praised Sivaji Ganesan's performance. The film was released on 14 January 1984 during the Pongal festival.

Storyline
