Mayangukiral Oru Maadhu is a 1975 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by S. P. Muthuraman. It stars Muthuraman and Sujatha in lead roles, with Thengai Srinivasan, Vijayakumar, and Fatafat Jayalaxmi in supporting roles. The story follows Kalpana, a married woman whose past one-night stand resurfaces when a photographer begins blackmailing her. The film was produced by S. Baskar under Vijayabaskar Films and had music composed by Vijaya Bhaskar. It was noted for its progressive ending where the heroine is forgiven rather than punished. The film received a U certificate despite a love scene, which the censor board considered essential to the plot. It was released on 30 May 1975.

Storyline

Kalpana has a secret from her college days. She had a one-night stand and became pregnant. Now she is married to Kumar and lives a happy life. But a photographer named Vasan knows her secret. He blackmails her for money. Kalpana must protect her marriage and stop Vasan before Kumar finds out the truth.
