Uravukku Kai Koduppom(1975)
'Uravukku Kai Koduppom' is a 1975 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Y. G. Mahendran. The film stars Gemini Ganesan and Sowcar Janaki in lead roles. It is based on Visu's stage play of the same name. The story follows a generous family man who supports his relatives unconditionally. His wife warns him that they are taking advantage of his kindness. When he faces a medical crisis, the relatives abandon him. The film was a box office failure but its story was later reused by Visu for the 1986 hit 'Samsaram Adhu Minsaram'. It was released on 28 March 1975.
