'Pattikaattu Ponnaiya' is a 1973 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by B. S. Ranga. The film stars M. G. Ramachandran in a dual role as twin brothers, alongside Jayalalithaa and Rajasree. The story follows a village farmer who moves to the city to earn money and becomes a professional wrestler. It was the final on-screen collaboration between M. G. Ramachandran and Jayalalithaa. The film features a soundtrack by K. V. Mahadevan with lyrics by Kannadasan. It was released on 10 August 1973.

Storyline
