Irulum Oliyum(1971)
Irulum Oliyum is a 1971 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by Puttanna Kanagal. It stars Vanisri in a dual role alongside A. V. M. Rajan and R. Muthuraman. The story follows two look-alike cousins who swap lives to escape their personal problems. Banu is trapped by her wealthy father's control, while Chandra suffers under a cruel stepmother. The film is a remake of Kanagal's own Kannada film Kappu Bilupu, based on a novel by Aryamba Pattabhi. Vanisri won the Chennai Film Fans' Association Award for Best Actress for her performance. The film was released on 10 September 1971 and was a commercial success.

Storyline
