Sudarum Sooravaliyum(1971)
Sudarum Sooravaliyum (transl. Flame and Hurricane) is a 1971 Indian Tamil-language crime drama film directed by Puttanna Kanagal and written by V. C. Guhanathan. The film stars Gemini Ganesan, R. Muthuraman, Jaya Guhanathan, and Vennira Aadai Nirmala. The story follows a father who forges a bank cheque and loses his two children while fleeing the police. Years later, he accidentally kills his son-in-law, unaware that his children are still alive. The film explores themes of guilt, forgiveness, and family bonds. It was jointly produced by AVM Productions and Chitramala Combines. The music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan with lyrics by Kannadasan. The film was released on 12 August 1971.

Storyline
