Kula Vilakku(1969)
'Kula Vilakku' is a 1969 Indian Tamil-language drama film written and directed by K. S. Gopalakrishnan. It stars B. Saroja Devi, Gemini Ganesan, Nagesh, and S. S. Rajendran. The story follows a young woman who rejects a marriage proposal from her lover to care for her sick father and younger brother. The film is a remake of the 1968 Malayalam film 'Adhyapika'. It explores themes of family duty, sacrifice, and the conflict between love and responsibility. The music was composed by K. V. Mahadevan. The film was released on June 14, 1969.
