Pennai Vazhavidungal(1969)
'Pennai Vazhavidungal' is a 1969 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by R. Devarajan and produced by M. Karnan. The film stars Jaishankar, K. R. Vijaya, and Sheela in lead roles. The story follows Amudha, a lawyer who fights for the rights of her husband's second wife after he abandons her. The film explores themes of bigamy, sacrifice, and women's justice within a traditional Tamil family setting. It was a commercial success upon its release on 1 August 1969. The soundtrack was composed by S. M. Subbaiah Naidu with lyrics by Kannadasan.

Storyline
Amudha, a lawyer, discovers her husband Anand has secretly married another woman named Shanathi. Instead of seeking revenge, she decides to fight for Shanathi's rights in court. But Shanathi's heartbreak and illness threaten to destroy everyone involved.
