En Thambi (1968) is a Tamil-language romantic action film directed by A. C. Tirulokchandar. It stars Sivaji Ganesan in a dual role as Kannan and the lookalike Chinnaiya, alongside B. Saroja Devi as Radha. The story follows a wealthy landlord's elder son who fakes his death to protect his half-brother from a murder charge. The film is a remake of the Telugu hit Aastiparulu (1966) and was later remade in Hindi as Bhai Ho To Aisa (1972). It was a commercial success, running for over 100 days in theatres. The music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan with lyrics by Kannadasan.

Storyline
Kannan is the kind eldest son of a rich landlord. His half-brother Viswam hates him and tries to kill him. Kannan survives but hides his identity to save Viswam from punishment. He pretends to be a lookalike actor, but Viswam suspects the truth. Kannan must prove who he really is while trying to reform his brother.
