Nenchirukkum Varai(1967)
'Nenchirukkum Varai' is a 1967 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed and produced by C. V. Sridhar. It stars Sivaji Ganesan, K. R. Vijaya, R. Muthuraman, and V. Gopalakrishnan. The story follows Raghu, a poor man who falls in love with his landlord's daughter Raji, but she falls for his friend Siva. The film was shot in black-and-white to highlight poverty, and actors wore no makeup for most scenes. It was released on 2 March 1967 and failed at the box office because audiences could not accept Ganesan's character dying. The music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan.

Storyline
Raghu is a poor young man who does odd jobs to survive. He falls in love with Raji, the daughter of his house owner. But Raji falls in love with Raghu's friend Siva. Raghu sacrifices his own happiness to help them be together. His selfless love leads to a heartbreaking结局.
