
Kuselan(2008)
Kuselan is a 2008 Indian Tamil-language dramedy film directed by P. Vasu. It stars Rajinikanth, Pasupathy, Meena, and Nayanthara. The story follows a poor village barber named Balakrishnan whose childhood best friend becomes a famous movie star. When the star returns to the village for a film shoot, Balakrishnan struggles to reconnect with him. The film is an official remake of the 2007 Malayalam film Katha Parayumpol. It was praised for its emotional storytelling and Pasupathy's performance. Kuselan released in theatres on 1 August 2008.

Storyline
