Nam Naadu(2007)
Nam Naadu is a 2007 Indian Tamil-language political action film directed by Suresh. The film stars Sarath Kumar and Karthika Mathew in lead roles. It is a remake of the 2006 Malayalam film Lion. The story follows Muthazhagu, an honest youth leader who opposes his corrupt father Aalavandhar, a minister. Muthazhagu fights for villagers whose land is stolen for a factory. He becomes Home Minister and works for the people. The film explores family loyalty, political corruption, and personal sacrifice. It received mixed reviews from critics. Sify praised the heroism, while Rediff criticized the lack of originality. The soundtrack was composed by Srikanth Deva. The film was released in September 2007.

Storyline
Muthazhagu is an honest politician who loves his country. His father Aalavandhar is a corrupt minister. When his father steals village land for a company, Muthazhagu fights back. He becomes Home Minister and challenges his own family. But his father's murder forces him to choose between justice and revenge.
