
Kuththu(2004)
Kuththu (2004) is a Tamil romantic action comedy film directed by A. Venkatesh. It stars Silambarasan as Guru, Ramya as Anjali, and Kalabhavan Mani as the gangster father Veerabahu. The story follows a college boy who falls in love with a don's daughter and must win her heart while facing the father's violent opposition. The film is a remake of the Telugu hit Dil (2003). It was released on Tamil New Year's Day 2004 and became a commercial success. The soundtrack by Srikanth Deva features the debut of Assamese singer Zubeen Garg in Tamil cinema.

Storyline
