Ullam Kollai Poguthae is a 2001 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film directed by Sundar C. The film stars Prabhu Deva as Anbu, a mimicry artist, alongside Anjala Zaveri as Jyothi. Karthik appears in a guest role as Gautham, while Deepa Venkat and Vivek play supporting parts. The story follows Anbu who falls in love with his sister's friend Jyothi, but loses her to another man. After a tragic accident kills Jyothi's boyfriend and blinds her, Anbu uses his mimicry talent to pretend to be the dead man. Storyline
A shy mimicry artist named Anbu falls in love with his sister's best friend Jyothi. But Jyothi is already in love with Gautham, a man from the US. When a car accident kills Gautham and blinds Jyothi, Anbu pretends to be Gautham using his voice imitation skills. He must keep the truth hidden while his own heart breaks.
