
Once More(1997)
Once More is a 1997 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film directed by S. A. Chandrasekhar. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, Vijay, Simran, and B. Saroja Devi in lead roles. The story follows a careless young businessman who hires an old man from a senior home to pose as his father after his real father dies in a plane crash. The old man's presence transforms the young man's life while also rekindling a lost love from his own past. The film incorporates footage from the 1963 film Iruvar Ullam as flashback scenes for Ganesan and Saroja Devi's characters. Once More was released on 4 July 1997 and became a commercial success. It was later remade in Telugu as Daddy Daddy in 1998.

Storyline
A young and carefree businessman named Vijay loses his father in a plane crash. To save his company, he hires a kind old man named Selvam to pretend to be his father. As Selvam teaches Vijay about responsibility, Vijay discovers Selvam's long-lost wife and tries to reunite them. Meanwhile, a new employee named Kavitha hides a dark secret that threatens Vijay's life.
